CHOOSING YOUR PHOTO

For the clearest engraving, choose an image where:

• The main subject is clearly visible
• The photograph is reasonably sharp
• Lighting is good
• Important facial details are not obscured
• The subject is not extremely small within the original photograph

Older photographs can also be suitable. Each image is prepared individually before engraving, and slight differences in contrast and detail are a natural part of transforming a photograph into a laser-engraved portrait.
